Murphy's Law, Careful Planning and an Orlando Vacation Rental
Yes, vacation time is finally here and that means the ability to enjoy a little relaxing time in the comfort of your cool Orlando vacation rental home is upon you. It has been a long wait throughout the year and now that it is upon you the finish line has been reached. So, looks like there are no more cares in the world to have to worry about. Or is there? What would happen if a medical emergency arose? Ok, before you start shaking your head and assuming that this is a worrisome call to arms keep in mind that there are issues that people must take into consideration; Well, they should take them into consideration at least peripherally when it comes to problems that may arise. After all, if you do not take at least a few moments to ponder some potential problems you will have not pondered the issues that may surround resolving these issues.
For example, what happens if a medical emergency leads you to cancel your trip half way through? Will a partial refund be issued or will you be required to pay for the entire amount of the rental? Of course, the answer to this will be found in the terms of the rental agreement and if they are not specified in the rental agreement then there needs to be some questioning regarding the clarification of the points within it.
Sickness emergencies are not the only point of contention. In fact, the multitude of questions that can arise can cover a number of other unforeseen problems. For example, what it accidental damage occurs to the property? Would the renter be required to cover it out of pocket or would the renter's insurance cover it? Again, if you are unfamiliar as to the terms of the lease in this regard (or on any issue) then you need to clarify it or else the problems that can result will be unexpected and unwelcome.
